What the event package includes

One package for the days you need. Tell us your dates and how many TVs you have, and we put it together.

  • Player Licences for your dates

    One Player Licence for each TV, for the days of your event.

  • Hardware supplied

    A NowBoard Player Pro for each screen. It plugs into any TV with an HDMI port.

  • Help with set-up

    We help you make your Boards before the day, so your screens are ready when the doors open.

  • Hire by the day or by the month

    Hire for a weekend show. Or hire by the month for a longer pop-up.

  • A refundable deposit

    We take a deposit on the hardware. We give it back when the kit comes back to us.

Sponsors and ads at your event

Your event screens can earn money too. Make an Ad Space on each screen and let sponsors book it.

  • Sponsors book a slot and pay online.
  • They upload their own artwork. You do not chase it.
  • You approve each ad before it plays.

How it works

Four steps, from the first message to the return of the kit.

  1. Tell us about your event

    Send your dates, your venue and the number of TVs.

  2. We send a quote

    We quote for the Player Licences, the hardware and the hire time.

  3. The kit arrives set up

    Plug each Player Pro into a TV. Your Boards come up on screen.

  4. Send the kit back

    After the event, return the hardware. We give back your deposit.

How much does it cost?

We quote each event. The price depends on your dates, the number of TVs and the hardware you need.

Can I use the venue's TVs?

Yes. A NowBoard Player Pro plugs into any TV or monitor with an HDMI port.

Can I change the screens during the event?

Yes. Change a Board from your phone. Every screen that shows it updates within seconds.

What happens if the venue Wi-Fi stops?

The screen keeps showing the last Board it loaded.

Can sponsors pay to be on the screens?
