Common questions about event signage
Do I need to buy new screens for my venue?
No. Use the TVs already in your lobby, corridors and meeting rooms. You need a NowBoard Player (£149 ex VAT, UK only) or Player Pro (£199 ex VAT) for each one.
Can I update the programme during a live event?
Yes. Change a session time or room from your phone, and every screen showing that programme updates within seconds.
Can I reuse the same setup at a different venue?
Yes. Unplug the Players at one venue and plug them in at the next. Your templates carry across; you update the event details and connect to the new wifi.
Can event organisers preview their signage before the event day?
Yes. Send the organiser or client a preview link and make changes before the day. The link works for up to an hour.
What happens if the venue wifi drops?
The screen keeps showing the last Board it loaded.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You pay month to month from £10 ex VAT per TV, and you can add or remove TVs as you need.
