Common questions about hotel digital signage
Do I need to buy new screens?
No. Use any TV with an HDMI port in your lobby, meeting rooms, bar or back office. You need a NowBoard Player (£149 ex VAT, UK only) or Player Pro (£199 ex VAT) for each one.
Can different staff members manage different screens?
Yes. Your events team can manage the meeting room screens without touching the lobby, and your restaurant manager sees only the dining screens.
What happens if our hotel wifi goes down?
The screen keeps showing the last Board it loaded.
Can event organisers preview their signage before the day?
Yes. Send the organiser or wedding planner a preview link and make their changes before the event. The link works for up to an hour.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You pay month to month from £10 ex VAT per TV, and you can add or remove TVs when you need to.
