Subscription

One Player Licence per connected TV, from £10 ex VAT per TV per month on Starter. Any number of licensed TVs can share a Channel or show different content. Three TVs cost £30/month on Starter, ex VAT. Paid plans include unlimited Boards, Playlists and Channels.

Ad commission

When you sell ads on your screens, we take a small commission. The higher your plan, the lower the rate, as low as 13% on Professional.

Clear from the start.

One licence per TV

Share a Channel across TVs or choose different content. Each connected TV needs its own licence. Paid plans include unlimited Boards, Playlists and Channels.

Cancel at period end

Service continues until the paid period ends. Then all TVs stop playing and the account becomes inactive, with no automatic move to Free.

If a payment fails

TVs keep playing during payment retries. Once retries are exhausted, every TV stops and the account becomes inactive. Saved content is retained under our retention terms.

Invoice and bank-transfer accounts are reviewed manually. See terms of service for full billing and retention details.

How much does digital signage cost in the UK?

With NowBoard, the software is £10 per TV per month on Starter, £20 on Professional and £30 on Enterprise, ex VAT. Paying annually takes about 17% off.

If you only need one screen, the Free plan is free digital signage software with no time limit and no credit card.

The other cost is the device behind the TV. The NowBoard Player App is free on a Google Play Certified Android TV, Google TV stick or box. The NowBoard Player is a £149 ex VAT plug-in device for screens that must run unattended, and the NowBoard Player Pro (£199 ex VAT) can also show live video from an NDI source on your network.
