Do I need to buy new screens?
Usually not. Use a TV with a compatible player or a connected computer running Chrome. The Player Pro is optional. Check the hardware options for your setup.
Can I update the specials during service?
Yes. Open NowBoard on your phone, change a dish, remove a sold-out item or adjust a price. Connected TVs receive the update automatically.
Can the content change by time of day?
Yes. Set your Channel to show lunch content and switch to dinner later. Time-of-day scheduling is on every plan. Scheduled Boards for a specific date and time are on Professional and Enterprise.
Does it work for cafés and takeaways?
Yes. Use the same tools for café menus, takeaway counters, bistros, pubs and food halls. Choose Boards to suit the information you need to show.
What happens if I cancel?
Service continues to the end of your paid period. Then all TVs stop playing and the account becomes inactive, with no automatic move to Free. Content is retained under our retention terms.
