Does NowBoard display patient data?
No. It doesn't connect to clinical records, and your team writes everything that appears on screen.
Can different departments update their own screens?
Yes, as Admins, and an Admin can change any screen. Roles that limit someone to certain screens are coming.
What happens if the hospital network goes down?
The screen keeps showing the last Board it loaded.
Can I push urgent messages to all screens at once?
Yes, on the Professional and Enterprise plans. Your message replaces the content on every connected screen.
Where is NowBoard data hosted?
In UK data centres. If data residency is part of your procurement process, contact us.
Do I need to buy new screens?
No. Use any TV or monitor with an HDMI port and add a NowBoard Player (£149 ex VAT, UK only) or Player Pro (£199 ex VAT) to each one.
