Yes, to a point. NowBoard has Owner and Admin roles today, both of which can edit any board. More granular roles (so a team member only sees the boards they manage) are coming.

Yes. The Professional and Enterprise plans include multi-site management. Add locations, assign screens to each site, and manage everything from a single dashboard.

As far as you like. Set up recurring weekly schedules, plan events months ahead, or schedule announcements to appear and disappear on specific dates. NowBoard handles the timing so you don't have to remember.

Yes. Every Screen has a screen link you can open in any browser, no login needed. Send it to staff, families or visitors so they can view the board on their phone, tablet or computer, not just on the physical screen.

Yes, when they visit. A screen in reception shows the activities, the menu and any announcements. A poll with a QR code lets families take part from their own phone. To show someone a Board before it goes on screen, send them a preview link. It works for up to an hour.

Yes. You can create separate boards for different purposes, one for activities, one for menus, one for announcements, and display them on the same screen in rotation, or on different screens around the home.

NowBoard provides a professional, clear and always-current display of activities and information for residents. It shows inspectors that your home actively communicates what's available and keeps everyone informed. All content is managed centrally, so you can demonstrate consistent standards across the home.

No. If you can use a smartphone, you can use NowBoard. The dashboard is designed to be simple: add an activity, type a title, pick a time, save. Activities coordinators, reception staff and managers can all update boards without IT help.

NowBoard has four plans. You choose the one that fits, and every paid plan is a flat price per TV per month, ex VAT:

• Free: £0 per TV per month, permanent. 1 TV, 1 Channel, 1 Playlist, 5 Boards, all templates except Property, Motor and Holiday listings and advertising included. No credit card, no time limit.
• Starter: £10 per TV per month. Multi-site signage and advertising for growing teams.
• Professional: £20 per TV per month. Full control with a lower advertising commission.
• Enterprise: £30 per TV per month. Hand-held service for large estates, with shared account management; dedicated management and a contractual SLA from £7,500/month (ex VAT) contract value.

No. NowBoard is pay monthly with no contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your screens keep working until the end of your billing period.

No. Every plan is a flat price per TV per month, for each connected TV: Starter at £10, Professional at £20 and Enterprise at £30, all ex VAT. You pick the plan, and there's no automatic change as you add Screens. Running a larger estate? Contact us to talk through Enterprise, with dedicated management and a contractual SLA from £7,500/month (ex VAT) contract value.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. If you can't pay by card, you can ask to pay by Direct Debit, bank transfer or invoice. Sign up, then ask from the Billing page. We reply within one working day.

Yes. Change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Changes to a lower paid plan apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Cancelling stops all TVs at the end of the paid period and makes the account inactive; it does not move the account to Free.

You'll be prompted to choose a paid plan. Your content is saved either way, so you can upgrade whenever you're ready.

Both are small, dedicated devices that plug into a TV's HDMI port, ex VAT and UK only. The NowBoard Player (£149 ex VAT) runs menus, notices, schedules and slideshows all day. The NowBoard Player Pro (£199 ex VAT) is our most powerful device, and the one to choose for live video from an NDI source on your network.

The NowBoard Player Pro is a small, dedicated device that plugs into any TV or monitor via HDMI. It can also show live video from an NDI source on your network. It connects over Wi-Fi or mobile network, keeps showing the last Board it loaded if the connection drops, and recovers automatically after a power cut.

Plug it in, connect to your NowBoard account, and the screen is ready. No keyboard, mouse or configuration needed after setup.

You don't need a NowBoard device. Any device with a modern web browser can display a NowBoard, and the NowBoard Player App gives you a more reliable setup on a Google Play Certified Android TV stick, box or tablet.

The NowBoard Player and Player Pro are the simplest options because they're pre-configured, keep showing the last Board they loaded if the connection drops, and recover from power cuts automatically. But they're entirely optional.

If the connection drops, the NowBoard Player and Player Pro keep showing the last Board they loaded. When connectivity returns, updates sync automatically.

This is the same on every screen: the Player, the Player Pro, the Player App and a browser. A screen needs a connection to load a Board the first time. After that it keeps showing it for up to 72 hours without one.

The NowBoard Player Pro automatically reconnects and resumes displaying your content when power returns. No manual intervention needed, it's designed for screens that run unattended.

NowBoard is lightweight. A basic broadband connection is more than enough. The NowBoard Player Pro also works on mobile networks (4G/5G) if Wi-Fi isn't available, useful for pop-up events, temporary sites or locations without broadband.

Yes. NowBoard uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Your content is hosted on UK/EU servers. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. See our privacy policy for full details.

NowBoard works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. For display screens, we recommend Chrome or a Chromium-based browser for the best experience. The NowBoard Player Pro handles this automatically.

Yes. NowBoard offers a partner programme for AV integrators, IT resellers, managed service providers and anyone who supplies technology to organisations.
