An email address and any screen with a web browser. That's it. You can use a smart TV, tablet, laptop, Android TV box, NowBoard Player, or just share a link. No special hardware is needed to try NowBoard.
Most people have their first board live on a screen within five minutes. Create an account, add your schedule or announcements, choose a layout and open the board URL on your screen. Done.

Yes. The Professional and Enterprise plans include multi-site management. Add locations, assign screens to each site, and manage everything from a single dashboard. Regional managers can see all sites while local staff manage their own.

- Starter — £10 per Location per month. Full platform access for a single Location.
- Professional — £20 per Location per month for 10 or more Locations. Includes multi-site management.
- Enterprise — Custom pricing for large organisations, care groups and partners. Includes dedicated support and white-label options.

No. NowBoard is pay monthly with no contracts. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your screens keep working until the end of your billing period.
Yes. The Professional plan at £20 per Location per month applies automatically when you have 10 or more Locations. For larger deployments — 50 Locations, 100 Locations, or more — contact us for Enterprise pricing.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Yes. Change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your account remains but your screens stop updating. Your content is saved — you can pick up where you left off whenever you're ready.
Technical
The NowBoard Player is a small, dedicated device that plugs into any TV or monitor via HDMI. It connects over Wi-Fi or mobile network, works offline if the connection drops, and recovers automatically after a power cut.
Plug it in, connect to your NowBoard account, and the screen is ready. No keyboard, mouse or configuration needed after setup.
You don't need a NowBoard Player. Any device with a modern web browser can display a NowBoard — smart TVs, Android TV boxes, tablets, laptops, mini-PCs and more.
The NowBoard Player is the simplest option because it's pre-configured, works offline and recovers from power cuts automatically. But it's entirely optional.
The NowBoard Player stores your content locally and keeps displaying it if the internet drops. When connectivity returns, any updates sync automatically.
Browser-based screens (smart TVs, Android TV boxes, tablets) need an internet connection to load and update content.
The NowBoard Player automatically reconnects and resumes displaying your content when power returns. No manual intervention needed — it's designed for screens that run unattended.
NowBoard is lightweight. A basic broadband connection is more than enough. The NowBoard Player also works on mobile networks (4G/5G) if Wi-Fi isn't available — useful for pop-up events, temporary sites or locations without broadband.
Yes. NowBoard uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data in transit. Your content is hosted on UK/EU servers. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. See our privacy policy for full details.
NowBoard works in all modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. For display screens, we recommend Chrome or a Chromium-based browser for the best experience. The NowBoard Player handles this automatically.

Yes. NowBoard offers a partner programme for AV integrators, IT resellers, managed service providers and anyone who supplies technology to organisations.

White-label means your clients see your brand, not ours. The NowBoard platform appears under your company name with your logo and colours. Your clients get the full NowBoard experience without knowing NowBoard is behind it.

Yes. Many partners bundle the NowBoard Player with screens as a complete package for their clients. We can supply NowBoard Players pre-configured and ready to ship, or you can configure them yourself.
