Common questions about office digital signage
Do we need to integrate with our calendar system?
You can add the published iCal address for a room's calendar and NowBoard keeps the sign in sync. You don't have to; staff can update the sign by hand.
Can different screens show different things?
Yes. Reception can show your welcome, the boardroom door its bookings and the kitchen TV today's menu, all managed from one dashboard.
Do I need to buy new screens?
No. NowBoard works on any TV with an HDMI port. You need a NowBoard Player (£149 ex VAT, UK only), a Player Pro (£199 ex VAT) or an Android TV stick for each one.
What happens if the office wifi drops?
The screen keeps showing the last Board it loaded.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You pay month to month from £10 ex VAT per TV, with no setup fee, and you can add or remove TVs as you need.
