Build each event's screens

Add the couple's names, the Order of the Day and directions, in your venue's fonts, colours and logo. Send the couple or their planner a preview link for sign-off. The link works for up to an hour.

Common questions about digital signage at wedding and event venues

Can we show the couple's names and date on the welcome screen?

Yes. Add them in the dashboard the evening before or on the morning, and every welcome screen shows them.

Can we show a photo slideshow of the couple?

Yes. Upload images and run them as a rotating Board, on their own screen or alongside the Order of the Day. You can add photos taken earlier in the day.

What if plans change on the day: can we update from a phone?

Yes. Open the NowBoard app, change the Board and save. Every screen showing it updates within seconds.

Can we let the couple or their wedding planner preview the screens before the day?

Yes. Send them a preview link for any Board. They don't need to visit the venue or log in to NowBoard. The link works for up to an hour, so send a new one each time they want to look.
