Printed price cards fall behind your stock
A car sells on Friday and its card is still in the showroom window on Monday. A price drops online and the windscreen card still shows the old price. Each change means a new card for each site.
With automotive digital signage, a screen shows your current stock with the photo, price, mileage and finance figure. Mark a car reserved or sold and the screen shows it at the next update.

There are three vehicle layouts: one large car, a photo gallery, or a grid of three cars for the showroom floor.
How stock gets on screen
One sheet, every site
Keep your stock in a Google Sheet, a CSV file on the web, or your own API. A Data Source reads it on a schedule and fills your Vehicle listings. Add a row and the car appears on screen. Delete the row and it leaves the screen.
Use one sheet for the group, so every site shows the same stock. Or give each site its own tab, with its own Data Source, so each showroom shows its own cars.
NowBoard does not connect to your dealer system or the car sales websites directly. If your system can export stock to a spreadsheet or a CSV file, the Data Source reads that export. You can also type a car in from your phone, with its price, monthly figure, mileage, fuel, gearbox and photos.
Listing Boards and Data Sources need Starter or above. Starter includes 3 Data Sources, read as often as every 5 minutes, so it suits one group sheet or up to 3 site tabs. Professional includes 15, read as often as every minute. The Free plan does not include the vehicle listing templates.

Costs
What it costs
You pay per TV, per month, with no setup fee and no annual contract. Starter is £10 per TV per month ex VAT, and Professional is £20 per TV per month ex VAT. NowBoard works with any screen that has an HDMI port. Plug a NowBoard Player into the screen. It costs £149 ex VAT, UK only.
The Free plan runs one TV with up to 5 Boards, with no card and no expiry. It covers opening hours, offers and notices on one screen, but not the vehicle listing templates. Stock listing Boards need Starter. See pricing for every plan.
If the connection drops the screen keeps showing the last Board it loaded.

Common questions about car dealership digital signage
Can it pull stock from our dealer system?
Not directly. Export your stock to a Google Sheet or a CSV file, or give NowBoard an API address, and a Data Source reads it on a schedule. You can also type cars in.
Can each site show its own cars?
Yes. Give each site its own tab in the sheet, with its own Data Source. Or keep one sheet and show the same stock at every site.
Do I need new screens?
No. Plug a NowBoard Player into the HDMI port of a TV you already have.
Can we try vehicle listing Boards on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan does not include the vehicle listing templates. Book a 15 minute demo to see them working, or start on Starter and cancel from your dashboard at any time.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. You pay month to month and can add or remove TVs whenever you like.
