FAQ
Common questions about holiday park digital signage
Our park runs seasonally: do we pay all year?
No. You pay month to month with no contract, so you can cancel when you close and start again when you reopen.
We have a large site with many screens: how is that priced?
Each connected TV needs its own Player Licence, at £10 per TV per month on Starter, ex VAT. Three clubhouse TVs cost £30 a month ex VAT, and they can share one Channel or show different content.
Can different staff members manage different screens?
Yes. Your entertainment manager can update the clubhouse display without touching the restaurant menu.
What happens if the park's wifi goes down?
The screen keeps showing the last Board it loaded.
Can we use screens we already have on site?
Yes. Any TV with an HDMI port works with a NowBoard Player (£149 ex VAT, UK only) or Player Pro (£199 ex VAT).
